Who sells the notebook
Grandma Haru is a brand of Before You Send, a business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42199416.

Who handles your payment
Orders are processed by Polar, our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and gives you the download. Polar's own terms of service also apply to your purchase.
What you get
Grandma Haru's Secret Notebook is a printable PDF of 35 pages in US Letter size: 30 secrets, a monthly checklist and Haru's safety rules. You can download it right after checkout, and you get an email with a link to it.
The price is 27 US dollars, paid once. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay. The free sample of 3 secrets costs nothing and only needs your email.
How you may use it
The notebook is for you and your household. You may print it and keep it on your own devices. Please do not resell it, share the file publicly or post its pages online.
No refunds after download
The notebook is a digital file that you keep, so all sales are final once the download is available to you. At checkout you tick a box to confirm that you want the download right away and that you understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel that EU consumers otherwise have.
If the file will not open, is the wrong file or you cannot download it, email help@thegrandmaharu.com and we will fix it or refund you.
Using the methods safely
The notebook gives general household cleaning information. Always follow the label of any product you use and your appliance's manual, test on a small hidden spot first, and never mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia or other cleaners. If something is broken, leaking or unsafe, call a professional.
Grandma Haru is an AI character. The methods in the notebook are common household cleaning methods, not professional, medical or safety advice.
The law that applies
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live elsewhere, you keep the consumer rights your own country gives you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
