This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Its fonts and pictures come from this site itself, so your browser does not contact other companies while you read it.

Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Buying the notebook or getting the free sample

Checkout runs on Polar, our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar collects your email, name, billing country and payment details to process the order and handle tax. How Polar uses that data is in its privacy policy.

Polar shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver your order and help you if something goes wrong. We only email you about your order, unless you agree to more.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing help@thegrandmaharu.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
